Florence M. Johnston, MS (“Flo”), served as Eversight Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2004. Before joining Eversight, she was a pioneering nurse with a passion for international medical service and a nursing educator with the University of Michigan.
As a transformational leader, Flo was best known for her dedication to clinical excellence. Under her leadership, Eversight’s clinical operations and quality improvement programs were formalized and elevated to the highest professional standards. Flo left an enduring mark on both Eversight and the broader eye banking profession.
